Refund Policy

Refund Policy - International students only

The student is eligible for:

If the visa application is unsuccessful and the student notifies AICT in writing within 14 days of refusal from the Embassy

Monies paid to date less AUD$250 for Administration Fee

If the offer was made to the student on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information received from the student

Monies paid to date less AUD$600 for Administration Fee

If the student withdraws more than 4 weeks before  the training program commences

Monies paid to date less AUD$250 for Administration Fee

If the student withdraws 4 weeks or less before the commencement of the training program

Monies paid less 60% of semester fees less 10% of semester fees for Administration Fee

If the student withdraw once the training program has commenced and within the first 4 weeks.

Monies paid less 70% of semester fees less 10% of semester fees for Administration Fee

If a postponement has been granted and the student subsequently withdraws from the training program

No Refund

If AICT withdraws the offer or fails to provide the training

Monies paid to date less AUD$250 for Administration Fees

If AICT withdraws the offer due to the student breaching the terms and conditions of AICT or their visa conditions

No Refund

 This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia's consumer protection laws.
